TERMS and POLICIES :
We make every effort to ensure that the prices and product information listed on our website is accurate. Chariot Design will not be held liable for any typographical errors or prices listed in error. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders. We do not offer any price protection or price adjustment on any item(s) or product(s) while the order is in processing nor after the order is processed and/or shipped. All orders are processed the same day and usually ship within 24-hours. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order. A further email will follow with the shipping status and tracking number.


PAYMENT VERIFICATION :
For all first time customers and orders, your billing address will be verified with the credit card company. We only ship to the billing address that is registered with your credit card's issuing bank. In order to ship to a different address, it must be registered with your credit card company. This policy is a security measure done strictly to protect consumers, as well as merchants, against Internet and credit card frauds. We realize that this policy may be slightly inconvenient, however it is in place for your credit protection. We hope you understand our concerns, and thank you for your cooperation! Chariot Design reserves the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.

Please make all Money Order or Cashier Check payable to Chariot Design, and mail it to the below address. Upon receipt and bank clearance of the Money Order or Cashier Check, your order will be processed and shipped out. We do not accept any COD (Cash on Delivery) payments.

WARRANTY:
We offer a 30-days from date of purchase credit, refund, exchange, replacement, or repair warranty and satisfaction guarantee LESS all shipping and handling charges for all items purchased from Chariot Design, except on all Software, Retail Box Processors, Blank Media Cartridges, and HardDrive purchases which can be returned to the manufacturer directly. After the 30-days from date of purchase, Chariot Design reserves the right to honor product warranty by credit, refund, exchange, replacement, or referral to the manufacturer. Other individual warranty may be different as advertised or as seen on product description/invoice; but after that, the manufacturer's warranty will apply. The removal of any serial numbers, item(s) with physical damage(s), and item(s) not in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories, and not in 100% sellable condition VOIDS all Chariot Design warranty and store polices.


RETURNS:
Chariot Design provides our customers with a 30-days satisfaction guarantee LESS all shipping and handling charges on all item(s) purchased from our website. We agree to replace, repair, credit, or refund your product at our discretion. If you are not satisfied, for whatever reason, with your purchase, and the product(s) are not damaged or defective, please contact us by phone 1-909-923-7228 or email info@chariotdesign.com within 30-days from date of purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA). All item(s) must be returned in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories and in 100% sellable condition for credit or refund to be issued. Credit refund will be issued for the full price of the product(s) LESS all shipping and handling charges. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges

Due to the manufacturer's policies, Resellers/Distributors cannot accept returns/refunds on any Software, Retail Box Processors, Blank Media Cartridges, or HardDrive products which can be returned to the respective manufacturer directly. In order to take advantage of this satisfaction guarantee, customer agrees to comply with the RMA terms set below.

Due to unpredictable market situations, we do not offer any price protection or price adjustment on any item(s) or product(s) while the order is in processing or after the order is processed and/or shipped.

Note:
No RMA number will be issued and No returns will be accepted on any Special Order Product(s), Clearance Item(s), and/or product(s) that have been installed or used. Your purchase of these item(s) and product(s) are considered as "Final Sale!"


RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA):
Please include your order number (this is MANDATORY) and email to our RMA DEPT at info@chariotdesign.com to first obtain a RMA number for all possible returns. Otherwise, no return will be accepted. All return shipping costs for defective or non-defective item(s) are solely the responsibility of the customer. All unauthorized returned product(s) without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back at the expense of the customer. For product(s) that offer direct Manufacturer's Warranty, please ship it back to the respected Manufacturer for replacement.

Note:
All RMA numbers are valid for 15 days after the date of issuance. We must receive the merchandise within 15 days from date of issuance to consider the RMA valid.

RMA is NOT valid for any item(s) returned with any physical damage(s), not in their original packaging with all accompanying manuals and accessories, and/or in 100% sellable condition. Customer holds full responsibility for any mal-pratice or misuse of the product(s).

Merchandise will be considered OUT of warranty if any physical damage(s) is found on returned item(s); if warranty labels or serial numbers have been removed; or if merchandise is altered in any way, shape, or form from the original.

Item(s) and product(s) returned without any defects after our Techncial Dept.'s testing and diagnosis will be subjected to a fee of 30% plus all incurred shipping and handling charges.

All SOFTWARE products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to compromising authenticity of product registration key codes.


CREDIT / REFUND:
Please allow 10-days from the time you return your package(s) for the items to be exchanged or repaired and 30-days for your credit card to be fully credited or refunded. Chariot Design reserves the right not to guarantee a refund on item(s) returned without any RMA number, without its original packaging with all accompany manuals and accessories, or in 100% sellable condition.


SHIPPING POLICIES:
Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. All refused, incorrect address listed, or undeliverable address will be subjected to a a fee of 30% in addition to the non-refundable shipping and handling charges which results in the package(s) being returned back to Chariot Design. Any shipment requested by the customer without a signature delivery confirmation will be VOID of lost package claims. Any claims for package lost, shortages, damages, and/or any discrepancies must be reported to Chariot Design within 48-hours of receipt of order.

Domestic Address (within the 48 mainland U.S. States)
  • Ground Residential: 3 to 7 business days (depending on location)
  • Ground Commercial: 3 to 7 business days (depending on location)
  • 3 - Day Service: 3 business days (excluding Holidays)
  • 2 - Day Service: 2 business days (excluding Holidays)
  • 1 - Day Service: 1 business day (excluding Holidays)

    Hawaii & Alaska
    Our standard shipping method to Hawaii and Alaska is by FedEx 1-Day and/or 2-Day Service for fast and prompt delivery. Please choose one of these two FedEx options if you need your orders urgently. We also offer a less expensive shipping method to Hawaii and Alaska by the U.S. Postal Servie which requires a slightly longer delivery time. Please choose Ground Service for this option.

    APO/FPO Address (U.S. Military Services)
    All APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service and please allow for a slightly longer delivery time. Please choose Ground Service for this option.

    Orders to CANADA (for Canadian customers with shipping addresses in CANADA)
    The only shipping method we provide to addresses in Canada is by the U.S. Postal Priority Mail International Service. Canadian customers must choose this option inorder for us to process and ship out your orders because this shipping method will calculate and provide the shipping charges to Canada. If you choose any other shipping methods beside this option, the shipping charge will be zero dollars. This will automatically cause your order to be CANCELLED without any notifications.


  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
    Please include your order number (this is MANDATORY) and a detailed description of the problem(s) and contact us by email for any technical questions to info@chariotdesign.com. Please make sure to provide us your valid email address and correct telephone number, and we will reply you within 24-hours period.


    ORDER CHANGE & CANCELLATION:
    You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Our Customer Service DEPT can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once your order is shipped, the terms of our RETURNS and RMA policy will take effect. To make or expedite any changes to your order, provided your order has not been shipped, please call us immediately at 909-923-7228 or email us at sales@chariotdesign.com. If your order have been shipped and the tracking number was issued, you are responsible to pay for the following cancellation charges:

    • 30% Restocking Fees
    • Less all Shipping and Handling charges

    There are no exceptions to these cancellation charges once your order have been shipped.
